- Inspector Dave Troth
After previous careers in both the Military and Prison Service, Inspector Troth joined West Mercia as a police officer in 2001. During the past 17 years he has carried out a wide range of roles throughout CID, Custody, Patrol and Change Management. After recently moving from the role of Patrol Inspector he is currently the Inspector for the Worcester City Safer Neighbourhood Teams.

Sergeant 3091 Jones has been a serving Police officer since 1992. In this time has carried out a wide range of roles covering Local Policing, General Patrol and a variety of roles within CID. Sergeant Jones has previous service with West Midlands Police and was stationed at Digbeth in Birmingham. Sergeant Jones is currently the supervisor for both the Worcester City Centre Safer Neighbourhood team and the Cathedral Safer Neighbourhood Team.
